The software is what integrates the entire hotel management system, introduces additional possibilities for control, supervision, integration with new technologies and functionally adapting the system to the needs of a modern hotel.
Room monitoring is very simple and intuitive. Each room is presented with a card, and the different card colours signal the room’s status at first glance, i.e. whether the room is occupied, available, rented or free. Graphic symbols inside the card provide additional information such as "Do not disturb" signalling, SOS call, door or window open, the presence of a maid, security or other staff in the room.
A simple navigation menu in the form of tabs allows you to quickly and easily move from one floor to another and access the desired rooms.
Every room within the hotel can be accessed directly for a more detailed insight into the room's condition, to configure heating and air conditioning parameters, to reset various alarms, and the like. From this window, it is also possible to control certain illumination circuits in the rooms, motorized shutters, curtains and mini-bar.
The software also enables the recording and subsequent review of the event logs, such as the actual entries/exits for each room, both for guests and for hotel staff. Ave software can be installed on one or more workstations and managed by the system from a local computer network. In case of need, it is possible to connect to the system via the Internet in order to provide quick technical support, which is very important for every hotel.
In addition to this, full integration with the world's most commonly used hotel business software - Opera, by Micros Fidelio, has been achieved.
