In the conference room, for example, an indoor card reader (card depositor) is provided for controlling the power supply in the room, as well as the controls for illumination, shutters and projector screens.
The SOS buttons are provided in the common toilets, built-in IC sensors for illumination control are provided in the corridors and stairs, as well as adequate built-in light signalling(exit, alarm, no smoking, restaurant, etc.). The illumination in the corridors, staircases or in the reception hall can also be manually operated using the hotel management software or programmed so that the illumination is switched on/off at preset time intervals.
The system is designed to use one or more card programmators connected to a workstation (PC) at the reception desk, a climate control thermostat and a controller for common premises. The hotel management software installed on the PC, in addition to card programming, allows the monitoring of room status (e.g. guest or service staff present in the room, door/window status, various alarms, temperature, etc.), as well as the monitoring of common premises in real time. The illumination in the reception hall can be controlled manually, directly from the software, or the time intervals for the automatic switching on/off of this illumination can be defined.
The use of cards with MIFARE technology ensures a high level of security.
