For somewhat larger and more demanding hotels, Ave offers a networked version of the hotel management system. Like the stand-alone system, the networked system is also modular, which practically means that it can be adapted to the requirements of each hotel and offers different levels of automation. Devices in the networked Domina Hotel system base their work on Mifara contactless technology, which ensures the highest level of security and prevents abuse.
In this case all rooms are interconnected in a network and connected to the central computer at the reception desk of the hotel where dedicated software for monitoring and controlling the system is installed. Through this software, the staff at the reception desk is provided with constant insight into the status of each room, as well as with the control of all installed functions. Through constant insight into the state of the room, the quick and timely reaction of the staff is ensured in a wide range of situations, which contributes to an increase in service quality and the reputation of the hotel itself.
In addition to the hotel rooms, the networked system can also control all other premises in the hotel such as the reception hall, corridors, service rooms, offices, garages, conference hall, swimming pool, fitness centre, etc.

BASIC FUNCTIONS
|
|
| Outdoor card reader | The control of access to the rooms and other premises within the hotel using contactless cards (Mifare technology). Integrated bell button and LED signalization "Guest present" and "Do not disturb". |
| Indoor card reader | The detection of the guest's presence in the room by leaving the card in the reader's internal pocket. Integrated button for the activation of the "Do not disturb" signalization, LED signalization for "guest present" and "do not disturb". |
| Welcoming light | Automatically switching on the welcoming light immediately upon entering the room and switching off upon the expiry of the programmed time. It is possible to manually control the welcoming light via one or more buttons. |
| Main light | Control of the main light in the room via one or more buttons. Automatically switching off the main light with a programmed time delay when the guest leaves the room. |
| Room thermostat | Temperature control in the rooms and common premises with control of the thermoregulation parameters directly from the reception desk. The ability to control 2-pipe and 4-pipe fan-coil devices and similar (night saving mode, automatically switching off air conditioning when the window is open, saving mode when the room is not occupied, limiting the temperature setting for the guest, automatically switching between summer/winter/between season mode, setting of all the parameters from the computer at the reception desk). |
| Air conditioning power supply control | Automatically switching off the air conditioner with a programmed delay when the guest leaves the room or when the window is left open. |
| Room's power supply control | Control the power supply of all other loads in the room, depending on the status of the room (whether the guest is present or not). When entering the room, the guest must put the card in the indoor reader's pocket to enable the use of the electrical devices, lighting and air conditioning in the room. When the guest leaves the room, the room's power supply is instantaneously interrupted. |
| SOS alarm | An integrated SOS alarm system enables instant visual and audible signalization of the SOS alarm activated by a guest in any room, through the hotel management software on the computer at the reception desk. |
| Water leak alarm | Water leak detection and visual and audible alarm signalling via the hotel management software on the computer at the reception desk. Automatic closing of the sanitary water supply valve in the room where the alarm is detected. |
| Burglary detection | An integrated burglar alarm that will signal unauthorized entry into the room without the prior reading of a valid card. Visual and audible alarm signalling via hotel management software on the computer at the reception desk. |
| Contactless RFID cards | Programming multiple types of cards for guests and hotel staff using the software for the networked hotel management system on the computer at the reception desk. The program defines the type of the card, associates the username, defines the access rights, the level of hierarchy and the validity period. |
| Event log | Reading the event log (entry and exit data, SOS alarms, technical alarms and others) directly on the computer at the reception desk. |
| Centralized programming | Programming the system, configuring the parameters for all the rooms in the hotel, card programming and all other operations are done from the central computer at the reception desk. |
For the needs of luxury hotels with high requirements in terms of automation, the networked Domina Hotel system can be expanded with home automation features such as motorized shutter and curtain control, dimmers and temperature regulation within a variety of scenarios that can be tailored to the needs.
From the aesthetic point of view, the possibilities for the personalization of the Domina Hotel system are vast. If the hotel needs something to distinguish it from numerous similar hotels, the luxurious details they use on a daily basis while staying at the hotel would certainly make a strong impression on the guests. For this reason, Ave has designed a luxury series of card readers, switches and touch controls Ave Touch, which will leave no one indifferent.

ADVANCED FUNCTIONS
|
|
| Illumination control via AVEbus | Expansion of the hotel management system with Domina Plus home automation functions. Dimming or on/off light control via the home automation bus. Individual or group control within different scenarios. |
| Shutter control via AVEbus | Expansion of the hotel management system with Domina Plus home automation functions. Control of motorized shutters, curtains and blinds via the home automation bus. Individual or group control within different scenarios. |
| Scenarios | Ability to define different scenarios for the control of illumination, shutters, thermoregulation and other loads in the room. Some scenarios can be executed automatically when a guest leaves or enters the room, depending on whether it is night or day, whether the window is left open, and the like. Some scenarios can be activated by the guest manually by simply tapping the buttons. These are mostly scenarios related to illumination and shutter control on different occasions (good morning, good night, rest and the like). |
| VRV/VRF heating and air conditioning systems | With the special software interface, the complete integration of the Ave Domina Hotel system with VRV and VRF air conditioning systems from Daikin and Mitsubishi is possible. This integration allows the use of Ave thermostats and software for the networked hotel management system to control the VRV / VRF air conditioning systems. |
| Remote controller | Use of the RF remote control for illumination and shutter control in the room. |
| E-payments | Integration with the POS system. The ability to using contactless cards, which are used for room access, to make electronic payments for services within the hotel (integration service is not provided by Ave). |
