This simple and easy-to-use software is intended for programming cards for guests and hotel staff. Cards are programmed using the SCR-ALBM1 card programmator, which connects to a computer via a USB port. When programming cards, besides the right of access to the room and certain common premises, the guest's period of stay is also defined, i.e. the validity period of the card.
The same software is used to configure the card readers and room controllers when starting the system. (only for stand-alone systems)
The software enables the creation of a database of hotel staff and programming of different types of cards for staff with precisely defined rights and restrictions. It is possible to program the cards for maids, security staff, reception staff, managers and other types of cards.
The basic graphic interface window is very easy to use and consists of icons that indicate the floors of the hotel. By entering each floor, the icons of the rooms, common premises and service rooms on that floor are visualized. From the colours of these icons, it is easy to see which rooms are occupied and which are available to rent. When entering a room that is let to a guest, you can see the basic guest data, as well as the period of stay. When entering an available room, a new guest window will open, i.e. the card programming for such room.
Since it is a stand-alone hotel management system that does not have direct communication with the reception, the staff at the reception desk cannot review information on the presence of the guest in the room in real time, on the temperature and electrical consumers; this software is used for monitoring the occupied and available rooms and to generate access cards for guests and hotel staff.
