Consumer units and outlet socket boxes
The Ave program of enclosures, outlet socket boxes and accessories includes the following types of product:
- Covers for consumer units in several sizes and colours (white, gray, metallic gray and beige), intended for installation in adequate Ave installation boxes (flush or wall-mounted)
- Adequate DIN busbars for each type of enclosure (delivered together with the cover)
- Enclosures with covers with IP40 and IP55 protection for DIN modules, intended for wall mounting
- All the necessary accessories, including the following: blank inserts, adapters for the installation of the Ave modular program on a DIN busbar, metal lock, DIN busbar, DIN busbar bracket, earth/neutral terminal bar, etc.
FLUSH-MOUNTED CONSUMER UNITS
The capacity of the flush-mounted consumer units is: 5 DIN modules, 8 DIN modules, 12 DIN modules, 18 DIN modules, 24 DIN modules (2×12), 36 DIN modules (2×18).
Available in 5 colours: white, gray, metallic gray, beige and shiny black
WALL PANELS IP65
The mechanical strength of these simple functional panels makes then designed to last. The new series consists of seven versions from 6 to 72 DIN modules, made of plastic (PC/ABS) which is resistant to impacts to level IK07 and a Glow Wire Test equivalent to 650°C.
A real answer to the needs of the installer who requires the maximum in practicality, reliability, strength and quick installation. The new IP65 wall panels have a series of exclusive innovative characteristics such as the 180° swing of the door, the individually removable profiles, the symmetrical reversible door panel portello, the setup for attaching terminal blocks, the possibility of applying modular DIN devices with height varying from 68mm to 75 mm, the possibility of replacing the tradition al lock provided with the version having a metal key and anchor screws of the cover with a plastic device for lead sealing.
OUTLET SOCKET BOXES
For the installation of wiring accessories into double floors or classic floors with a concrete screed, Ave offers outlet socket boxes in two sizes or with a total of 4 combinations in terms of capacity, depending on whether System 44 or System 45 modules are being used:
- 24 modules from System 44
- 12 modules from System 44
The flush floor box cover is made in three variants for different types of use:
- flat plastic cover
- tapered plastic cover intended to be covered with flooring (laminate, wall-to-wall carpets, etc.)
- reinforced stainless steel cover
The cover mechanism allows the easy removal of the cover when necessary, for example during the installation of equipment.
Each box, if necessary, has the option of installing DIN modules (automatic fuses, etc.) using a special adapter with the capacity of 2 DIN places.
